Client S.B. was convicted of rape by instrumentation and sexual battery following an incident at a Tulsa casino hotel. The client was accused of sexually assaulting an incapacitated woman following an encounter shown on casino security footage. The case received national media coverage due to the client’s previous professional musician background. A jury returned guilty verdicts for both charges and recommended five years in prison.
