Building a Strong Referral Network for the Tulsa Metroplex
Areas Where We Are Accepting Referrals
If your client is facing felony sex crimes charges and the case doesn't fit within the scope of your practice, or you'd like to refer it to a defense attorney who regularly handles and resolves these difficult matters, you've come to the right place. We're currently accepting attorney referrals for Oklahoma felony sex crimes cases such as rape, sexual battery, online solicitation, or human trafficking, and are also interested in discussing potential co-counsel or consulting arrangements. We serve clients in the Tulsa metroplex area, including Tulsa County, Creek County, Wagoner County, Washington County, and Rogers County.
We're well aware that what we do not only reflects on us, but on you, too, and are committed to delivering the highest quality defense counsel possible. We don't judge our clients and provide a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, so you can refer a case to us and never have to be concerned about whether your client will be taken care of in terms of empathy or competency. Our proprietary Berlin Defense System is based on two decades of experience defending clients accused of sex crimes and has been shown to produce successful results again and again.
However, what another lawyer will do for your client isn't the only thing you have to worry about as a referring attorney. If you've ever been in a bad referral relationship, you know how frustrating it can be to have to chase down the other attorney for updates or to find out when—or if—you would get your referral fee. That never happens here. When we accept a case you've referred, we send a letter to thank you and tell you when you can expect your first payment. You'll also receive periodic updates on the case and your subsequent payments throughout the process. Our system is based on clear communication and complete transparency—providing you with the peace of mind you deserve.
Cases We Refer Out
Berlin Law Firm’s focus is unique. We work with clients who are charged with crimes of an intimate nature because these types of complex criminal cases require a particularly delicate approach—both in the courtroom and when working with clients. However, our record of success means that we are often approached by prospective clients with legal needs that aren’t a good fit for the scope of our practice.
We're looking to refer divorce, family law, personal injury, and other types of cases outside of our focus to partners who provide the same high-level representation in their respective fields of practice. When we refer a case, obtaining a referral fee is not our primary concern. We’re more interested in helping the client connect with a trusted lawyer who will provide top-shelf legal services and make us look good in the process. In building our referral network, we’re looking to create mutually beneficial relationships with Tulsa attorneys who share our commitment to giving each and every case the time and attention it demands.
